I've been doing a podcast since June of last year. It's on pause now to get a reboot.
However, I haven't really put time into rebooting it.
I'm so into vlogging and my latest Youtube show, The 365 Guide, that I have lost interest in an audio only version of anything.
This is out of character to just lose so much interest in something I did for so long, but I really don't know how else to describe this feeling.
I want to maybe give The 365 with Will Malone a video component, but I'm not sure yet.
I've lost my passion for it, I wasn't feeling a ton of growth personally or creatively the farther I got in. The first 10 or so episodes were great, but after that I let it fall apart. Maybe for once, I need to just move on.
I've had ups and downs with photography, but I've always come back. My relationship with podcasting seemed finite from the beginning.
I suppose that's why I do all this: To experiment, to find out what I want to do and how I want to do it. During my stint of audio-only content, I discovered that I enjoy and feel way more natural making video and photography content.
Another victory for the 365, albeit a sad one. The 365 with Will Malone may not be dead quite yet, but I'm focusing on other things right now.
