Instagram now allows "albums", and you can hear my overall negative thoughts about it. I don't hate it, and it's an understandable direction to go as a photography platform, I just don't think it'll be super effective in getting your photos seen by more people.
Maybe people will be retrained to scroll through albums again by the same company that trained us to avoid albums like the plague, but who knows. It doesn't really change Instagram all that much because honestly, it's an almost unnoticeable feature only indicated by small dots under your photo.
I've been working on Friday's Instagram centric blog post, so it's quite funny that this happened to be released today. I'm (and Elijah) going to be talking alot about the importance of your feed "cleanliness" and this albums feature kind of throws that out the window in many ways.
I'm still a one photo a day guy, and that's all I'll ever be.
