Robert Schoolfield's Special Delivery: A Photo Essay Part 1 (Also titled "Rebel For Life")

I’m writing this from Chicago, on my last day of following Robert Schoolfield on his painting drop off project. We’ve dropped paintings all over the place so far, and he plans to leave more in cities across the US, continuing this project by driving across the totality of the country and back.

We recorded an episode of the Out of Focus podcast about the trip and what this project is, and you can listen to that right here.

So far, we’ve driven from Chattanooga to Nashville, Nashville to DC, DC to New York, and New York to Chicago. Whew!

This painting looks good in front of that big white house back there.

(That graffiti was already there btw, but it was pretty perfect) Got a lot of stares in DC as everyone was on their morning commutes to work. There weren’t that many artists walking around with paintings believe it or not.

Stay tuned for more photos in the next post! In the meantime, go follow Robert on Instagram!
